You feel tired all the time. You sleep but do not wake up refreshed. You suddenly gain weight and struggle to lose it. You get constipated regularly. You cannot concentrate. You crave sweet, sugary snacks. Sound familiar?

What causes these symptoms?
Is it Adrenal Fatigue?
Is it Mitochondrial Dysfunction?
Is it a Candida overgrowth?
Is the Liver Stressed?
Is it Anemia?

Below is a brief description as well as the symptoms of what could be the cause of your problem. There is also a link on each condition to take you to a page with more detailed information.

Mitochondrial Dysfunction
We all have mitochondria in the cells throughout our bodies which are responsible for creating 90% of the energy needed to sustain life and support organ function. When diagnosed with mitochondrial disease, it means that the body is not functioning properly in the area of energy production. The resulting symptoms are varied and make it difficult to make a proper diagnosis.

Symptoms of Mitochondrial Dysfunction
Low energy state and fatigue.
Low cardiac output, leading to congestive heart failure.
Gastrointestinal disorders, such as leaky gut, irritable bowl, and constipation.
Lactic acidosis, with symptoms such as muscle soreness, pain and cramps.
Liver disease and congestion, with symptoms such as brain fog.
Neurological problems.
Susceptibility to infection.
Swallowing difficulties.
Poor thyroid function

Adrenal Fatigue
Adrenal fatigue results when the adrenal glands do not function as normal. The main symptom is fatigue that is not relieved by sleep. Reduced adrenal function affects every organ and system in the body. Changes occur in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism, fluid and electrolyte balance, heart and cardiovascular system, and even sex drive.
During adrenal fatigue your adrenal glands still function, but not well enough to maintain optimal health because their output of regulatory hormones has been diminished - usually by over-stimulation.

Symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue
Feeling tired for no reason.
Having trouble getting up in the morning, even when you go to bed at a reasonable hour.
Feeling rundown or overwhelmed.
Having difficulty bouncing back from stress or illness.
Craving salty and sweet snacks.

Candida
Candida Albicans also known as Candidiasis or yeast overgrowth has become a hidden epidemic. It is becoming more and more of a major disease and can be found to be an underlying factor in many other diseases.
Candida is generally not a problem unless it overgrows and interferes with the balance of friendly bacteria in the body. Overgrowth can lead to many health concerns. A balance is always an indication of optimal health.

Symptoms of Candida include:
Fatigue.
Constipation.
Brain fog.
Poor concentration.
Cravings for sweets.
Unexplained weight gain.
Frequent urinary tract infections.

People suffering from chronic yeast infections immune systems are severely compromised, which leads to physical stress on the body. Eventually, the adrenal glands stop producing cortisol, which in turn causes more damage to the immune system. Many are mis-diagnosed at first, so they’re taking antibiotics, medications, and stimulants to fight what they think is chronic fatigue, IBS, or something else. They’re pressuring the adrenal glands without even knowing it. On the other hand, some patients do develop adrenal fatigue before they develop candida. Adrenal fatigue, in its own right, depresses the immune system because of the lack of cortisol. The weaker your immune system, the easier it is for Candida to grow and thrive within the body.

Candida-Fast Capsules contain Echinacea which supports the immune system in the fight against candida. Other ingredients are Sodium Caprylate, Amla (has known antifungal properties), Burdock (an anti-fungal Which purifies the bloodstream and internal organs of toxins.), Zinc. (Candida is killed by metallothionein (MT) proteins which are  induced by zinc.), Oregano (dehydrates all varieties of fungi and yeasts without harming good bacteria.)

Is the Liver under stress?
The liver is the hardest working organ in the body and has to perform over 500 essential functions every day. When a person is young, the liver can carry out all these functions efficiently. But as one gets older, the liver becomes less efficient. On top of that, decades of exposure to pesticides, heavy metals, chemicals, and air pollution also cause the liver to age faster. It can't keep up with its heavy workload. It can't heal itself and regenerate as well. It starts to deteriorate and shrink.
As a result, you feel tired all the time, as the liver can't convert glucose to energy quickly. You may keep piling on the pounds around the waistline, and get more cellulite, as the liver is clogged with fat deposits. And you may suffer from sex hormone imbalances and poor sex drive

Symptoms of a stressed Liver
Age spots.
Joint & back pain.
High cholesterol.
Increased blood pressure.
Poor immunity.
Skin discoloration.
Memory & Vision problems.
Muscle loss. Constipation and digestion problems.

Anemia
Anemia is a surprisingly common yet often overlooked condition that develops due to a lack of red blood cells or hemoglobin, which results in too little oxygen throughout the body. Red blood cells bind with oxygen and transport it to all organs and systems. When the cells in the body do not get the adequate amount of oxygen they need, certain symptoms such as fatigue occur.

Symptoms Associated With Anemia

Kidney disease; Hypothyroidism; Cancer; Diabetes; Lupus; Rheumatoid arthritis; Menstruation issues; Digestive issues; Fatigue; Irregular heartbeat; Dizziness; Headaches; Pale/yellowish skin; Cold hands/feet; Feelings of weakness.

The importance of Liver Health
The liver plays a central role in cleaning the blood  and removes toxins from the body. It is a major part of the Neuro-endometabolic (NEM) stress response. The NEM stress response is how the body deals with stress, thus it is important to have a well functioning liver to clear any toxins, irritants, and metabolites out of your body to minimize stress, which will lead to improved liver health.
With adrenal fatigue, a sluggish liver is often commonly seen due to a lack of energy in the body. As the adrenal glands become exhausted in a continuous effort to put out ever increasing demands of the anti-stress hormone cortisol, the cortisol output begins to drop below normal after reaching peak output. Low cortisol level affects gallbladder function by negatively impacting the bile recycling process and fat metabolism becomes suboptimal resulting in deregulated fat metabolism. This increases the workload placed on the liver and impairs the body’s ability to stay healthy and may worsen adrenal fatigue.
The liver is responsible for many chemical reactions including the conversion of ammonia to urea, and is also involved in releasing many hormones such as insulin and glycagon. All this requires energy. Mitochondria, via cellular respiration create ATP from glucose and other substrates, which the liver can use as energy to produce its products, and to transport them into the blood and to other cells. When there is mitochondrial dysfunction the liver cannot work efficiently which leads to many other health problems.

DNA Derma-Psor 60_s_sml.png

DermaPsor Capsules help the liver replace dead or damaged cells and effectively repair itself. It enhances healthy bile secretion, removes dangerous toxins from the liver, stimulates the production of bile, neutralizes most poisons that enter the liver, soothes irritated kidneys and enhances urine flow. Regular use of pain killers, antibiotics and medication and regular intake of alcohol, all cause toxin build-up in the liver. DermaPsor helps strengthen the liver, and rid the body of these toxins.

The liver’s performance depends on the support it gets from other systems in the body, especially the adrenal glands. When the adrenal glands aren't working properly, the liver struggles, too. In fact, scientists have found that up to 65% of patients with weakened livers also have sluggish adrenals. The health of the adrenals is highly dependent on the health of the immune system. And because 70 percent of the immune system is in the gut, the digestive system is also linked to the adrenals. Poor adrenal function is often an indication of Candida overgrowth in the gut.
